Terms and Conditions of booking the Pump House, Appleby

The Pump House is only available for 2 or 3 night weekend breaks* - however there are a few occassions when it can be booked for longer stays - over the Christmas and New Year breaks.

Prices are per night
(based on 2 people sharing,).
Romantic weeekend break Chocolate, Champagne and Flowers can all be pre ordered
Christmas ans New Year breaks are available, Please contact me for further information.
Further nights are available at special request (subject to availability).

To secure your booking, please contact, Christine Rose.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking ( payable by credit card (subject to a 1% card handling charge), or cheque in the post)
Full payment is required no later than 28 days prior to your stay ( payable by credit card (subject to a 1% card handling charge), or cheque in the post)

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation

30 days prior to stay - 50% deposit will be kept
7 days prior to stay 100% deposit will be kept
However if we can re-let the property we will refund deposit

Key Collection

The key can be collected from Christine Rose at Christine Rose Designs shop before 5 pm, 66 Boroughgate, Appleby, or by prior arrangement. Please phone 017683 52860 to arrange key collection.

Arrival time after 4.00 pm if possible- departure by 11.00 am. Key to be deposited in outside letter box on departure. Failure to deposit the key will incur a charge of £50.00

The Pump House has
Full Electric Central Heating,
Bedding, Bathrobes and Towels plus Hairdryer supplied,
Bathroom Toiletries supplied.

Unfortunately we Do Not allow pets
There is No Smoking in the building

Please note - there is a returnable breakage and excessive cleaning charge of £50.00
